Announcing a Special Camping Event Opportunity
At the Spring 2013 National Longhouse Annual Meeting

Hello. The National Longhouse Annual Meeting takes place this year over the first weekend in May 2013. Because the meeting is being held at a YMCA Camp, in addition to the normal delegates that attend this annual meeting, this year we are excited to able to make available (initially), 4 spots per Local Longhouse at Camp Y-Noah for any Native Sons & Daughters membership to attend the weekend as a camper.

A promotional flyer for this event has also been sent to your Longhouse leadership as well as information concerning the Annual Meeting.

Your information will in turn be sent to the NLL event chairperson. Payment for the weekend will be made upon arrival at the camp. Checks are made payable to The National Longhouse. More information will be provided as the event draws near.

Registration deadline is March 15th. After the deadline, once all Longhouses have equally had a chance to sign up, additional spots may be available on a first-come basis.

Travel costs are the responsibility of each camper family. Akron-Canton, OH is the nearest airport. Any questions please feel free to contact me (Don Bittala) via email (below) or phone (from your Longhouse’s contact list).
