Designated Longhouse Representatives Please Read . . .
Greetings from your National Chief:
We have the details of our next meeting. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend. I need responses before
March 1, 2010.
National Meeting: April 30 to May 2
Location: Trout Lodge - 1352 State Highway AA, Potosi, MO 63664

Check in time will be 3:30 PM Friday with Check out at 11:30 Sunday. We are inviting your wives/adult guest to
attend with you at a cost of $69 per day. All meals are included in this price.
Nearest Airport is in St. Louis, 75 miles. To keep cost at a minimum, the National Longhouse will cover the
cost of your gasoline, not your mileage. All attendees- please let me know at that time how you will be
traveling and your arrival and departure date(s) as well as if you are bringing a guest. Please bring your
gas receipt to be reimbursed at the meeting.
Web site for the resort is www.TroutLodge.org. Check out the web site
for other activities that you can enjoy at the lodge and in the surrounding areas. On Saturday afternoon you
are all invited (including spouse/guest) on a pontoon boat ride and on Saturday evening plan on attending
the moonlight zip. It is a 250 foot zap-line which functions as a zip-line. You wear a harness and helmet
and will float through the darkness over a valley, crossing a small creek. Then we will gather for a campfire.
All costs covered by National.
Please note that the Great Lakes Longhouse needs to send 5 representatives, Alabama Longhouse needs to send 3
